• You are required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit. 

• All bookings are done through the website and no other forms of contact.

• All photos will be delivered within 72-96 hours of the original shoot. If clients need their photos sooner, a $75 rush fee will apply.

• All clients who would like to cancel bookings have to cancel 24 hours prior to the shoot. If not, clients must pay the full price of the shoot that was chosen. 

• All clients who wish to reschedule need to reschedule during the same MONTH or the shoot will be canceled. 

• Clients are responsible to pay a travel fee of $50 if The place is 30 or more miles away from the photographer's location.

• Travel fees and accommodations for destinations exceeding the 30 miles will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.

• Prices are non-negotiable and will not be later discussed for the shoot.

• Clients who wish to have more photos than the listed amount will be subjugated to pay an additional $5 fee per RAW photo.

• All clients that post or steal photos that have not been paid for will no longer be able to book any future shoots.

• Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their time shortened, or the session may be canceled with NO REFUND.

• Outdoor shoots affected by weather or unforeseen events can be rescheduled without penalty, based on the photographer’s/clients availability.

• The remaining balance of the shoot must be paid in full before the session begins.

• Edited photos will be stored for 3 days after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading their photos during this time; re-sending photos after the storage period will incur a $25 fee.

• If a studio shoot is required, the client is responsible for booking and paying for the studio for the time agreed upon by both the client and the photographer.
